Make an animation (flythrough) of the house

Dear Freelancers, I would need a flythrough animation through a house. Please find a floor plan and interior samples attached as jpgs to this project. Furniture should be basic and colour scheme should be similar to one seen on the examples. The length of the animation should be about 1min This flythrough is intended to be used for promotion of the different house styles, and there are 25 different styles altogether. This project is focused on a single style only. Please send me your price and time estimate for doing two options: - doing one 1 min flythrough as described, and for - doing 25 1min flythroughs of 25 different house styles. All houses are similar in size to the sample one that is attached to this project. The furniture in the houses could be similar, or the same as can be seen on the photos attached, just slightly adjusted. The flythrough would start at the entrance and go through the main rooms in the house and should be at eye level. Thank you very much, I am looking forward to your proposals
