VFX 3D design

I am looking for a VFX 3D VIDEO ANIMATOR to create no more than 1 minute of VFX / video with MOTION graphic overlays. I am directing it and shooting approximately 20 seconds of footage to combine with the VFX. It is for a new footwear brand product range created in Hong Kong, the final video to be used as a promotional tool at trade shows and online. The point of the video is to highlight a unique design feature that the footwear has. Please see a brief with somewhat of a storyboard attached. Can discuss with candidates further upon selection. I will work alongside directing the design as it progresses, however i'm happy to allow a long leash on the creative design.
