Hi, The Call Admission Control scheme can be implemented in MATLAB using the rand functions and some other processing schemes. If the project requires only thresholding of the SNR values, which could be implemented using either a normal Bayesian or Neaman Pearson detection scheme. We can as well use the hand-off prioritization algorithm if required for the same. I have done a preliminary coding of the same and have some MALTAB results.
