Hi Chrisoffer, my name is Luca, this is one of my first bids on a Freelancer project and, as I understood, I can use only a bid to present myself and ask you few questions about the project in order to, both of us, properly choose to really evaluate the proposal and the project. I am an italian guy which develop applications since about 10 years now. Currently I am working mostly with Rails 4/5 and I am studying Elixir and Phoenix. About 99% of my works are internal applications for companies, even quite big, and I cannot send you links nor code. I understand if you can't accept this condition. I am aware that my hourly rate isn't in your budget and that my weekly availability isn't the best, I have a lot of work here in Italy with an even higher hourly rate but I would try to establish a relation that maybe helpful in the long term. If you'd like to test me, we may decide to fix one of your small problems without costs and then decide what to do for the future. Never deployed to Heroku, but I think it's manageable. I would ask you what is the time commitment you think is required to help you, what technologies you use for all the layers your applications (web server, application server, maybe gems, deployment tool, cache layer, database engine). Hi Christoffer, Im Amirul from Malaysia. Having an experience on working with Ruby on Rails for 2 years but now moving to new company as frontend developer then use AngularJS. Already work on 3 RoR projects. Projects: :project_management_system => 1, :evaluation_system => 2 So far, i just lack on writing a testing script like using rspec, cuxumber, etc. But I really wish i can gain that.
