Sales representative in German speaking countries (for a salesforce consulting firm)

We are a boutique Salesforce consulting firm with experience in delivering Salesforce projects across Europe, Australia and Southeast Asia enabling organizations to automate their business processes. In order to expand our business in the German market we are looking for a passionate, bright German speaking sales professional with experience in SMB sales. In this role you will: Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies to identify leads and to build a quality sales pipeline. Utilize multiple channels of communication to secure meetings with new identified leads Promptly following up on leads to qualify and convert them into potential opportunities Participate in pre-sales discussion and discovery workshops together with the consulting team to understand prospects needs and automation gaps. To be successful in this role you will: Have excellent communication skills in German and English languages both verbal and written and have the desire to learn and work collaboratively within a team. Have an abundance of energy and positive outlook that sets you apart from the rest. Ideally have understanding or past experience of Salesforce or other CRM platforms and its use cases in small to medium size businesses Ideally be familiar with any of lending, insurance, retail and services industries processes and its value chain. No fixed fee salary - 10% Commission on all sales brought in by you.
