**Must be willing to work in Dubai office Project: Digital Transformation Phase 1, My Room Holiday Homes Rental Duration & Compensation: This is a temporary, hourly-paid position in USD for a period of 2-4 months. Payments will be disbursed bi-weekly based on milestone completions. ● Job Summary: Join our innovative Digital Transformation team as a Finance and Inventory Coordinator, where your role will be pivotal in streamlining and enhancing our finance and inventory management through the customization of our Odoo ERP system. With a strong foundation in finance or inventory management within the hotel industry, a flair for technology, and superior English communication skills, you will ensure our ERP system aligns perfectly with our operational needs, including data management and compliance with local regulations. Key Responsibilities: ● Serve as the primary liaison between My Room Holiday Homes Rental and Odoo partners to effectively convey and implement finance and inventory requirements within the ERP system. ● Work closely with internal teams to design, refine, and implement financial and inventory workflows, ensuring the ERP system is tailored to our specific operational needs. ● Lead ERP testing for finance and inventory modules, focusing on precision and operational efficiency, to ensure system reliability and accuracy. ● Manage the entry and maintenance of past and new data within the system, establishing and upholding data integrity and accessibility standards. ● Develop and standardize all financial contracts and transactions, including those involving local authorities such as DTCM, SIRA, Dubai Police, as well as VAT and tax provisions, ensuring compliance and clarity in all business dealings. ● Facilitate training and development sessions for new departmental team members, ensuring they are proficient in using the ERP system and understand our financial and inventory processes. ● Provide comprehensive feedback and regular progress reports to the project director, identifying challenges, proposing solutions, and ensuring the project remains on track. Skills and Qualifications: ● Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field, with a preference for candidates with experience in the hotel industry. ● Proven expertise in finance and inventory management, with a strong preference for individuals experienced with ERP systems, especially Odoo. ● Exceptional English communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders. ● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to manage projects from inception through to successful implementation. ● Experience in data management, contract standardization, and regulatory compliance, with the ability to train and guide team members in these areas. This is an on-site local job for 8 hours a day, 6 days a week. Location: Al Khail Heights, Al Qouz 4, Dubai, UAE. The candidates should have their own or process their own residence permits.
