Link Building For Different websites

I need 60 PR 1 permanent one way links Links must be PERMANENT, free, one way, non-reciprocal and static to my website (three-way links ok) - The page our link is placed on must be PR1 - There must be no more than 20 outbound links on each web page where the link is placed - Page must be updated by Google within the last 30-45 days - Links should contain the target key phrase as a text hyperlink - No redirects, JavaScript links, hidden links, Flash sites/pages, or other unethical or black-hat tactics - Link page should be only from English language sites - Link page must be search engine friendly, i.e. no redirects, cloaking, framed pages, etc - Page must not be excluded by [login to view URL] and the anchor text must not contain the rel=nofollow tag. - Will not accept links from: link farms, forums, directories, articles submission, Free For All websites, gambling, pharmacy, illegal,hacker, porn, violent, or hate-based, guest book’s, classifieds, dynamic links, spam sites, or generally black hat links - No sites banned by google. - Must be manually submitted. - No link schemes, No blog comments, No ping sites, No links within newsgroups - Links must be from different Class-C IP addresses Payment will be made only after all links are checked. No escrew No Advance. My Budget is low so bid with little amount will win. There are 6 websites and I need 10 links each. Once this campaign goes fine, the same will be extended on permanent basis.
