Links must be submitted on a staggered deployment basis to avoid any penalties: don't place all links at once. 12. Link pages must be static (No string parameters, session ID's etc.) 13. No blacklisted or spam sites. 14. No more than 30 outbound links per page. 15. Links must contain our target anchor text and link to a given page. 16. Links must be on a PAGE with a required Google PR, not PR of the site. 18. Must be static links only. Payment : 50% of the Payment will be made via GAF escrow after all the 1500 links have been placed and verified. The remaining 50% of payment will be made only after the links have been cached by Google. We'll provide a document containing the desired title/anchor text for my site.
