Social media advisor

I am a GP who is about to lose my house and possessions through no fault of my own and I want to appeal tp anyone who can understand and appreciate verifiable facts and hopefully stimulate eough attention for wealthy people to help me in very real and dire need. I wld be happy to offer free medical opinion/advice in return if suitable. I am entirely new to fund-raising and need the advice (I think!) of someone v familiar with twitter, Facebook and poss a relevant personal website. Poss similar to tha case of Baby Gee (or similar name) when Gt Ormond Street insisted on his being allowed to die (although obviously different and for a differnt purpose). I am a parter in a Swansea practice and as I am not "allowed" to work (total absence of nefarious medical actions on my part, and GMC not involved), my senior partner (2 doctor practice) is not allowed to work either, so patients are not seeing any doctor unless being shoved onto the bulging lists of other nearby surgerues).
