Multi-devices RS232 with excel data acquisition.

Hello, I can make the software you need but need a detailed communication protocol to read from the RS232 ports, and the data format to fill the excel sheets. Hopefully your device is normal RS232 device if not it will be hard to test anything without the device itself. Probably if you can establish a remote connection to some testing machine then it will not be any problem. Kind Regards, Patrik

I have developed a number of applications using RS232 communication and VB including a RFID application and GPS applications. In addition I have created solutions using Excel that process data from various sources. Testing will be a challenge because I do not have your device. I will need to discuss that with you. How many are the devices? At what baud rate they operate? How large and how often comes the data they transmit?
