Hi, So what I understood that you need a web page where customers can raise their complaints. But I think this application is not of just one page. You probably need below functionalities, For Customers: 1. Track Complaints. For Telecom guys 1. Page to view list of complaints. 2. Change status (like close or solved) and add comments. 3.
