IDE works inside the wordpress theme I'm using now.

TAKE your time reading it. Integrated development environment (IDE ). i have a wordpress website that will offer an online courses and will focus on programming languages. I need someone to Code and design and install An IDE inside the website im using write now in the way i see it looks good. i mean under each video the IDE should be sothe student can watch and code at the same time. i need it to be compatible with the theme I'm using right now. ( i can't change the theme) if you make it as plug in so i could put anywhere i like it this will be the best thing. also the syntax should be colorful and it has auto-completion. and it does accept Java, Javascript, PHP,ruby, python, C,C++,CSS,HTML,and all the important language. finally, the IDE should be able to accept languages other than English ( Arabic ) and can be Easily be translated. the look of the IDE should be modren and better to use vector colors. thank you best regards rayan #ps: the best price and the best one who understand the project very well will be considered.
