$2500 CRM Project Dear Candidate we are looking to optimize our Microsoft CRM code. We are a none profit organization that we wrote our own customize code. We are experiencing a very slow response time from our Microsoft custom design code. Task : 1 - Move our software to Amazon server. 2 - Setup the Amazon SQL servers . 3 - understand the existing code. 4 - come up with new solution to optimize and fix the bugs. 5 - Come up with ways to speed up the CRM server code. Assess and determine root cause of issue for CRM We are using Microsoft CRM 2013 and need your assistance to make the code substantially faster. Unfortunately you will not get access to all our confidential code. you will have to be able to you GoToMeeting to look at the code with supervision of our administrator. Question 1. Do you have a very fast Internet connection question 2. Could you be able to work during late afternoon. Question 3 : have you worked with amazon Servers and CRM on amazon servers This contract can be expanded in near future.

Question 1. Do you have a very fast Internet connection Ans: I have about 30Mbps connection. Question 2. Could you be able to work during late afternoon. Ans: I am located in central time zone, and would only be able to work during night hours (I am doing this as a side job) Question 3 : have you worked with amazon Servers and CRM on amazon servers Ans: I've worked once on a project with server on Amazon. I would not say I know how to setup a new virtual server on Amazon platform. But like other hosted services, I do not think this will be too difficult. Question 4 : Have you worked in any CRM optimization ? Give Example. Ans: Dynamics CRM optimizations that I've done include moving codes from javascript to plug-in or consolidate codes so it perform better. Question 5 : have you worked with any micrsoft SQL optimization and speed up the code. Give example. Ans: Rewrite SQL query or add index on SQL server (modify Dynamics CRM database is an unsupported customization, however you are allowed to add indexes to your tables). Below are my Experience: I've been working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM since version 3.0 (both Online and On-Premise for CRM 2011 and 2013). My experience included 1) Installation and configuration CRM (including Windows OS). 2) Custom/Customize entities, attributes, forms, views. 3) web resources (html, javascript) integration. 4) Plugin and Workflow (custom workflow as well) development 5) Outlook Client integration. 6) ADFS/IFS Configuration
