Project Management System Scope of Work Overview: The goal of this project is to develop a cloud-based project management system that is scalable, secure, and easy to use. The system will be offered as a Software as a Service (SaaS) solution, and will provide users with the tools they need to create, track, and manage projects and tasks. The system should be customizable and flexible, and should allow users to collaborate effectively and stay organized. In addition, the system will include a free trial period for new users, and will allow the superadmin to collect payments for each user of the project management system. When new company sign up then sub domain is created with new version of the software for that person. If free trial end and user does not pay, then the features will not work and direct client to make payment. Key Features: The project management system will include the following key features: User authentication and authorization: The system will require users to log in to access the system, and will enforce access controls to ensure that only authorized users can view and modify project and task information. Project creation: Users will be able to create new projects, specifying project details such as deadlines, priorities, and team members. Users should also be able to edit and delete projects as needed. Task creation: Users will be able to create tasks within each project, assign tasks to team members, and set deadlines for completion. Users should also be able to edit and delete tasks as needed. Task tracking: The system should allow team members to mark tasks as complete, and project managers to track progress on tasks. Communication and collaboration: The system should allow team members to communicate with each other, share files, and work collaboratively on tasks. Customization and flexibility: The system should be customizable to fit the needs of different organizations, and should allow users to configure the system to meet their specific requirements. Reporting and analytics: The system should provide reports on project progress, task completion rates, and other metrics that can help project managers make informed decisions. Free trial period: The system should include a free trial period for new users to test the system before committing to a subscription. Payment collection: The system should allow the superadmin to collect payments for each user of the project management system. Technical Requirements: The project management system will be developed using the following technologies: Laravel Framework: The system will be developed using Laravel PHP framework. Web technologies: The system will use web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery. Database management system: The system will use a database management system such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
