Our company is seeking a skilled Real Estate Investment AI System Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing an AI system that uses data from Zillow and calculates rehab costs to offer sellers a BRRR (Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance) deal. Additionally, the candidate will need to create a platform for wholesalers to post their deals and earn a commission if the deal is closed. The AI system will analyze the contract offer and either proceed to the next step or notify the wholesaler to renegotiate if the offer is too high. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the system is secure, reliable, and performs at optimal levels.
