Unfortunately, it's not possible to upload videos to YouTube using only cookies. The YouTube API requires authentication and the use of an API key, which cannot be obtained using cookies alone. There are some libraries like google-auth and google-api-python-client that allow you to interact with YouTube API. But you would still need to authenticate with OAuth2 and would be required to have API key. You can use these libraries to create your own script that uploads videos to YouTube, but it will not be able to rely solely on cookies, and you will need to follow YouTube's guidelines for API usage.
