First and foremost, it would provide NDIS participants with greater control and choice over the supports they receive, which is one of the key principles of the NDIS (as you are well aware). Additionally, it would help to reduce the stress and anxiety that can arise from trying to find a compatible support worker, which can have a significant positive impact on the mental health and wellbeing of participants.
