Linux Dedicated server needs tweaking and hard disk needs repartitioning

We need somebody who has experience with managing a linux dedicated server. We need the freelancer to repartition our hard disk making sure none of our information is lost and none of our websites are affected. Our server needs to be checked and tweaked to improve website access time and in general as I am not an expert with linux server management. Other suggestions to improve our server need to be offered as well. We need somebody who is easy to work with and speaks fluent english, needs to be available for skype throughout and work needs to be carried out via team viewer so we wont be providing WHM or cpanel details. Please only bid if you are willing to start the work straight away and this shouldnt take any professional more than an hour or two. Thanks
