need trustful system administrator for some small task on my server means server hardening, performance tweaking and updates. I am certified Linux + myself but for one not got enough time, and also not am expert in mail or hardening, teweaking or compiling custom based. for one got server which is recently changed with Fast CGI, and since than we got some problems with server-load and email mail sent from user@servername instead of user@domain. the server is quad core with 8 GB ram. GB Switch, PDU and KVM over IP is there. if you know windows server 2003 would be advantage, one of my client has this system and it need to be tweaked for better performance too

I have undertaken project of Linux hardening for more than 100 servers up till now. I am familiar with implementation of NSA guidelines, NIST guidelines, PCI DSS compliance for UNIX based servers. Can even setup scripts for continous monitoring and alerting for performance and security/malware scanning. Mostly using opensource/free utilities that are accepted as enterprise-grade.
