Hello, We work for a large Hosting Provider in Denmark and have ample experience with exactly this type of setup. We work heavily with Active Directory and Group Policies, your problem seems to be related to DFS replication between Domain Controllers, which will be no problem for us rectify for you. Microsoft has a some built in tools that will help us troubleshoot the issue where we can utilize DCdiag among a few other tools we have in our tool-set.
