I need instructions (via a text file or Microsoft Word / OpenOffice document) on how to increase the mail sending performance of a dedicated Cpanel Server. Assume extra IP's are available, and the server is stock CPanel (which runs Exim). The configuration must not interfere with standard cpanal operations. Assume the audience has moderate technical capability (can install RPM's and edit config files, as well as start / stop services as root). They may / may not be able to build software from source. Specifically, I need to know, step by step, how to: a) Install / configure a cacheing DNS server according to industry-standard "best practices) b) Deferred DNS lookup c) Set Exim to "accept then deliver" mode, so that software can send mail quickly, queued for later delivery. d) Multiple email queues e) Any other performance improvements you can think of (bonus available for coming with unique and relevent ideas that work).
## Deliverables
Word / OpenOffice / Text document describing in detailed the step by step method for accomplishing all tasks. The work will be "work for hire", however your byline will remain on the work, as well a URL to your site and email address, if requested. Each section should look like.
