We are an established Company raising private equity for unique UK based property/alternative investment projects with a successful track record of producing exceptional returns for our clients over short investment time horizons (typically 18 months or less).We now want to increase our reach to cope with new projects we are being offered and so are looking to attract new investors. Our typical client would: 1. Want high returns (projects typically average 30%+ roi) 2. Want a transparent and regulated investment opportunity 3. Want a relatively low risk investment 4. Be able to comfortably invest at a minimum level of £50k (or equivalent) 5. Understand the concepts of alternative investments We are seeking clients from any location but would prefer to be focused initially on South East Asia. We imagine at first this project being a 'trial' as we are seeking something quite specific but if all goes well and you are successful and able to generate the leads we require we are more than happy to work with someone on a longer term basis and reward accordingly, all we require are qualified leads.
