I am a experienced CAD technician located in Elmer, NJ. I currently teach CADD at Salem County Votech. I have mastered AutoDesk software for CAD and Blender (cycles renderer) for Photo realism and animation. I have expensive Architecture and Architectural modeling experience to apply to this project. Additionally, I propose the creation of a standalone, interactive, architectural walk-through using Blender's game engine.
