AWESOME animation required - comedy about hospital communication with pagers

Hi Freelancers! We want to make a 2-2.5min animated video comedy about communication failures in public hospitals - which still rely on the pager! Easy target, and huge target audience. We have developed a really targeted way of distribution this to thousands of highly engaged viewers (Doctors). So, we want something superb. And your name will be on it. We are looking for hungry, super talented and creative animators who like creating characters, not just explainers. Who like creating laughter. The target audience is doctors. The product is a communication app/platform that allows hospital doctors to immediately find and communicate with the doctor/ward they need as opposed to the debacle of pagers and switchboards that are clogging up the system, making doctors lives difficult and impinging on quality of patient care. We have some beautiful UI and we have written a funny problem/solution explainer video (I will distribute this after agreeing to a confidentiality clause). The current text is around 2.5mins long. We would look to thin it down towards 2 mins with some clever animation.
