Create a animation movie for a carwash

Hi im looking for the best candidate to create a animation movie for a carwash which is using the cleaning method called: Pro bio. Its a method where bacteria's are being used. Animation has to be seen from the side. There are a couple of steps like in every carwash. But with a couple of steps there is a new products (pro bio) being used. This must be put out to the customer to let them understand what is happening extra. I have a storyboard: Step 1: Car drive to the barrier and a program is chosen. Step 2: Barrier goes up and the car drive thru the first bow and being sprayed to cool it. >> New product being used called “Pro lava”. To prepare for a deep washing. Step 3: Car drive further and stops just before the chain. Now the rims and the front are MANUALLY sprayed with a high powered pistol. >> New product being used called “Fortitudo”. Step 4: The car drive on the chain and it takes the car to the second bow where the car is being washed with soap and brushes (roof, side, back, bottom and wheels). >> New product being used called “Purum”. Deep cleaning and also give a shining effect. >> New product being used called “Rotae”. Rim cleaner used by the brushes specially designed for the rims. It also put one a kind of protection so dirt doesn’t stuck easily on the rims in the futher. Step 5: Car being taking by the chain to the third bow. Here the soap is being spayed away be high powered water jets. Step 6: Car being taking by the chain to the fourth bow where the polish fluid is being sprayed. Step 7: Car being taking by the chain to the fifth bow and is being dried. Step 8: Car drives out of the carwash. I would like a little bit of cartoon animation. Like this movie: [login to view URL]
