Net zero quad

Design an elevation and floor plans to present to engineering, governmental groups, and prospective buyers. The project is a 4 unit residential building. It is a contemporary structure of three levels. Level one is elevated due to flood plain restrictions. Level 2 is approximately 2400 SF of residential and exterior decking. Level 3 is the same. The primary structural elements are to be steel reinforced concrete. There will be a residential elevator in each of the four units. It will be designed to be a "net zero" building using photovoltaic arrays. Concrete columns, hollow core rough floor topped by a 2 inch lift of concrete will be the primary structure, providing for "loft" design opportunities for the interior. I have crude floor plans for the different levels.
