3D design of a small component and prepare an STL file for 3D printing

My company is developing an instrument for Homeland Security that is on a short schedule. One of the key components for this machine is a small component with numerous channels through the length of the part. Since the hollow column dimensions are less than 1 mm, we need to manufacture it by a 3D printing method using Tungsten metal. So we need someone for a short term project to prepare a mechanical drawing and a solid model followed by preparation of the STL file to be sent to the 3D printing shop. This project will probably require 40 hours or less.
