I am looking for a long term 3d artist to work on multiple projects. But as a start we will of course start with one specific project. The project will be created in two phases: - Step 1. Create one 3d render, of an apartment building. Inserted into a drone image. Need to be completed in 4 days !! - Step 2. Create 2 more exterior images, and 6 interior images. Need to be completed in 6 weeks (from start of Step 2) I will explain Step 1 in detail first: Attached in this dropbox is the drone image building will be inserted in: [login to view URL] We also have DWG files, sketches, etc. As well as a 3d model, but I dont think you can use that, I believe you need to build it from scratch. Need to start ASAP. And have to complete Step 1 in 4 days. Attached is also an example 3d rendering of what I am looking for in regards to look and quality.

For this project, I can work with Revit or Sketchup and render using Lumion. I don't know your requirements for the interior so the price I quote is the exterior.
