Experienced/Capable Italian/English Corporate Lawyer Needed

I'm looking for an experienced and capable commercial/corporate lawyer, FLUENT in Italian and English, with a firm understanding of Italian law. I am increasing my business in Italy and will have an ongoing need to negotiate agreements between my firm and the client as it relates to the sale of the client's business. My firm is an advisory firm that sells businesses and we have recently entered into a new partnership in Italy which is producing a reasonable amount of potential clients for us. The first one is happening now, but the 4-5 page agreement that my firm uses worldwide for all other clients has proven very difficult to negotiate, as the client and his lawyer speak very little English, so I require a qualified conduit that can assist me in negotiating final agreements for execution. The agreements are straightforward enough, but the process of reaching mutual agreement needs and Italian and English fluent corporate lawyer with the gravitas to drive these agreements across the line. I would prefer to negotiate an hourly rate, but would also be open to a fixed rate per contract. Whatever rate should be based on the fact that I will likely bring a new opportunity to the successful Italian/English corporate lawyer every c.3 months or so, so you can view this as an ongoing relationship, potentially.
