Initial setup of Wordpress Woocommerce website via Bluehost

Hello, I am a florist and also have a handmade gift shop, but do not have a "brick and mortar" location - all of my orders are placed online or over the phone. I am looking for a freelancer to help me with the initial setup of my WordPress WooCommerce website via Bluehost - I had one previously, but decided to start from scratch. I have a beginner level of experience with WordPress and already have a Bluehost account set up and a domain. I would like to have pages for "About Us", "Contact Us", "Videos", "Create Account", "Login", and "Nominate a Non-Profit", along with a Shop section. I would like to have several integrations and plug-ins such as connecting to my Jotforms, integrating several different payment options, an instant messenger so I can be contacted in real time, captcha, ability for customers to schedule consultations, and more. All of my products are custom made-to-order, so each product will need to have dropdown menus. The website theme is called Phuler which I purchased online from TemplateMonster. Please take a look at it to make sure you are able to set up a website with the included features. I have a logo, fonts, and color palette but am open to suggestions for fonts & colors. I need someone who has proven experience in website design who can set up the website colors, fonts, and photo placement & configuration in an aesthetically pleasing & professional-looking way. I also need someone who has extensive knowledge in SEO who can advise in how to optimize my website's visibility and security. I would like someone who I can contact occasionally on an ongoing basis for consultation, troubleshooting, or general website questions (paid by the hour or half-hour).
