VB 6 Application to change desktop's networking parameter

Hi, I need an application in VB-6 Desktop OS: Windows XP or Windows 7 Domain controller : No Desktop login: Non-admin user We have 4 internet service providers in our office. I need an application which will do the following: Upon execution, it will display the current ISP The GUI will have 5 Buttons [Shift to ISP1] [Shift to ISP2] [Shift to ISP3] [Shift to ISP4] [Close] Based on the button pressed, the application will make the following changes - Change the computer's Gateway IP address - Change the computer's DNS IP Address (Pri, Sec & Ter) - Change the computer's Proxy IP in IE8 / IE9 - Change the computer's Proxy Port in IE8 / IE9 - Effect the new settings - Display the confirmation dialogue box. When this box is closed, refresh the main GUI to show the new settings. Single executable file. Admin password & networking parameters to be coded in the executable.
