Convert Matlab function to VB6 code

Hello, I have checked matlab code and it looks as easy to understand and convert to VB6, I was worrying about "lots of rocket science calculations" but looks like it just parses file. It's untipical thing with matlab programs. In this case, it;'s easy to convert to VB6, but I would like to have sample of CVP and PVP files for testing, if possible.
