Merge CSV with Zip Code to Excel file

Attached Excel file has a "Template" worksheet which is duplicated by Macro and filled with data from the attached CSV file. The "New Invoice as Needed" worksheet shows how the data SHOULD look after merging. The "New Invoice as merges" worksheet shows what happens in practise. For some reason the Macro is not identifying the circumflex (^) dividers and dumping all the Data into the Customer Contact Details box. I will send a Private Message to enable bidders to to send me a document that works properly. PLEASE do not waste time with "other" attachments, or assurances that you CAN do this if you cannot, Need this sorted within 24 hours please.

I have a university degree in economics and IT, and several decades of system design and programming, in the recent decade especially in Excel and VBA. I have analysed your CSV file and found the cause of your problem. I can tell you what you should avoid in generating the CSV file in order to avoid this problem in the future or I can add some code to your existing macro to handle the changed layout of the CSV file (I suppose it worked well earlier), you can choose the option that suits your needs better. In my approach you'll have opportunity to consult details with me, to test pilot solutions if necessary in order to achieve an optimal final solution. Further use of macros, fixing of bugs and minor changes are included in the bid without any additional fees. Regards

Dear Employer, The problem is not in your macro but in your CSV file. I managed my self to produce an invoice as expected after fixing your CSV file. I can send you the generated invoice before awarding the project so you can check if the output is ok. Thanks in advance! Mariano
