We want to be able to be set up for 50 plus operators working remotely 2. we want to be able to do press 1 campaigns 3. we want to be able to answer incoming calls by by whichever operators are available 4. we need to get trained

I'm a asterisk/VoIP consultant with 10+ years of hands on experience in open source & Linux platform and also the below mentioned applications, servers & interfaces. - Installation & configuration of Asterisk based CallCenter & Enterprise applications like VICIdial, FreePBX. - Expertise in System Administration of VICIDial & FreePBX (Sangoma). - VTiger installation & configuration, VTiger integration with VICIDial & FreePBX application. - Configuration of SIP devices, VoIP Trunk Configuration, VOIP phones/Soft phones configuration. - PRI/E1 card installation & Configuration (Sangoma & Digium). - Expertise in IVR (Interactive Voice Response) solution. - Installation of VoIP/SIP gateways (GSM GW, FXO GW, FXS GW) - DINSTAR, Grandstream & Sangoma etc. - Installation and Configuration of iSymphony & Asternic Stats on FreePBX. - Installation & Configuration of BigBlueButton - Open Source Video Conference Solution. - Installation & Administration of Linux OS's like CentOS, Ubuntu & OpenSuse. - I also have expertise to do all required configurations on asterisk applications like IVR (GUI based or dialplan), VICIDial Agent Page Custom, Custom Logo etc. I can do the configuration mentioned in your project description within minimum time as I have done the same on configuration on many customer VICIDial servers. I am an IT professional with over 10 years experince in both IT and VoIP. I have also just completed a similar setup. Three of them actually. I am ready and willing to have this done as soon as possible and can complete in 3 days maximum. Time of completion will be based on your availability and availabiity of equipment and access...
