Ebay Store Design and 6000 Products Listing

We have to change the policies, company name, and other part of the listing. Let me know if you can copy the exact items from that ebay store, change some parts in the item description and insert into my ebay store. Each item page has to show columns shop by birthstone and categories / subcategories as well as top navigation bar. The home page needs to have a flash banner that scroll items similar to their home page. I will provide information for the other pages such as "about us" "shipping policies" ...etc. Each item will have similar description parts but the company name will have to be replaced with my company name, and also the policies.
