Update, Redesign Joomla Website, a portal for sports links.

I need a website to look similiar to another site and made for Joomla 1.5 although if the right design is made will consider something that can be maintained in dreamweaver or other CMS. The main aim of this website is a links portal. It is used on a standalone kiosk and provides links to other sports sites. The site needs to be easy for older people to use who may not be familiar with the use of the internet. Kiosk software is used and is Sitekiosk with a known screen width. The size should be around 1200 wide. It also needs the ability to work with a touchscreen, thus the buttons need to be a slightly larger size, although the majority of installtions still use kyb and mouse. Currently I have a webpage [login to view URL] that is in use. It was quickly put together to prove the concept and get it off the ground. The site I would like it to look simliar in layout and theme is [login to view URL] I like the black and grey theme but most importantly the layout. If you are adle to I'd also like the logos, buttons (links) redone to again look similiar to the ones on [login to view URL] The most important thing when you bid, is to provide me with links to professional designs of websites that you have done in the past via PM. I want to see the websites you have completed and also done the graphics for, if you choose to do both. This will help me choose the best designer. The website should be based on Joomla 1.5 and I can allocate space on my server for your use. At the completion of the project you will send all source files and graphics and will not resell your design, unless you have used a template. Each page content will be updated by myself regularly, after the site is finished. Payment will be done immediately after project completion via GAF. I have another site to be developed as well, again on Joomla. Site already has the links needed running, but I need a few adjustment to make them user friendly. Every bidder should make a note, Once you place a bid , then send PM with your demo of work. Also in PM your ideas/suggestion on How best the portal should look and be more functional.
