505187 Web design (generic single page template)

Hi, I just need a single page template as I am a web developer myself. I have attached the layout of the page I need and the completed page needs to satisfy the following tests: 1) The page structure and image is not greatly different when viewed by common web browsers + screen resolutions. 2)The main content area can be easily modified for future use. i.e sections within the main area can be added/removed without affecting the page structure. (You'll see what I mean when viewing the attached image). As the attached image is not in color, any help in deciding the scheme from you would be appreciated (thinking about blue, white, black silver and hints of red). I need it to be quite text-based and clean as I will be competing against stackoverflow .com .
