Website design

Hello, I'm in need of a neat design for my new website, with a bit of a hurry. I'd love to start using it in the beginning of 2012. The design needs to be fixed, clear and recognizable by the user, a nice example of what I want and really like is: [login to view URL] I'll be making my own CMS and will integrate it into the design. The CMS includes a so-called "Website Toplist". An example of a toplist can be found at [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] (especially the first one). That's why I'll need one page to be some sort of listing like [login to view URL] is, and one page to be a details page when you click on one of those websites in the listing. I'll let you be creative as I don't have any default standards for designs. However, I prefer white/blue-ish like the example, yet I want some custom buttoms and select lists like the example (not the browser defaults).The target of the website is youth. I think this will be enough information and examples for now. I'll give specific details later on, even though that's not much.
