Website/Graphic designer with good Photoshop knowledge

Hello everyone, We are looking for designer who will continuously work with us. We already have two designers but we need a new one, with completely different style. Unlike other employees it is very easy to work with us since we are experience in the subject and we provide very detailed instruction what to do or what you have to modify when you finish your project (if needed). You DO NOT create a design (it is not hard creative work) or select color palette by your own, instead you will get all details in advance. We always provide you with raw mockup of final project. Also you will be supplied with color palette which you have to use and any decoration elements which can be used for design. To say short anyone who knows Photoshop, have good feeling of colors and decoration could work with us. We like critics from our designers and they are always welcome! Usually it takes 2-3 days to finish complicated design of web site. The main requirement is that you should be able to work in ‘stages’. It means you should provide us your raw work after 20-30% of project is complete. That helps us correct your work on beginner stage and prevent redoing the work later. Basically we have following prices per work: the main page of web site is 50-100 USD, the price depends on complicity of design (how much decoration, curves and different colors are used). For each additional page of web site we pay 10 USD, even if there will be just one title different from main page, you will still get 10 USD per page. The price per static banner is 20 USD or 30 USD per animated. Of course these prices are not fixed and depends how professionally you will do your work, also we have bonus system at the end of the project.
