Simple One Page - Responsive PSD to HTML - Required in 12 hours

Hi, We are looking to get a PSD template converted to HTML. The page is pretty much done in PSD with a desktop version, a tablet version and a mobile version, we just want everything to be converted into functioning HTML code. There will be - 1. 1 Slider (Responsive) 2. One overlay form - that floats when a button is clicked (Responsive) We will need some minor animations to the content, as it is a single page. Please only bid, if you write outstanding code, clear/commented and cross browser compliant. We will need it to work perfectly across all browsers, including IE8.
