The idea for this application is to allow people who work jobs that pay on hourly bases to be able to input their hours worked and amount paid by hour to figure out how much their check will be. I know that I'm not the only person in the world who has tried to figure out how much their next check will be, just to be disappointed on pay day. I know there are numerous factors that go along with determining the amount of the check such as state, city, dependents etc... So ultimately people may have to include some information. As a college student who works part time, this app would allow people like myself and others who work by the hour, to budget their money better and most importantly, gain an idea on how much taxes are taken out their pay. I think this app would get a lot of users just off curiosity and once it is proven to work, I'm sure it will be a tool used daily by workers paid by the hour. Again, I only have the idea of how I would want this to work. Going about actually making this come to life is a different story. I would to talk with a developer who may have experience with these types of apps and who could add constructive advice.
