Iphone App that reminds you taking photos & web gallery

I thought about the following: The project consits of 2 parts. A simple iphone app, and a webpage with photo-galleries with like function. The Iphone App shall allow you to take photos and arranges the photos in an inbuilt photogallery. The photos shall also be uploaded to a webserver as soon as possible or if free wifi is available (similar to dropbox). The app shall send push-messages (daily, weekly,..) if you forget to take a photo. The photos on the webpage-gallery shall be arranged in the same way as in the application. So you are able to watch your photos online. (The gallery shall look like this: [login to view URL] ) Photos posted on the webserver shall be either password-protected if the users wants it that way or accessible for everyone if the users wants them to be public. If photos are public a like-function for the gallery would be nice. The photogallery should be accessible through a specific domain name : [login to view URL] The web archictecture, the app is built on, shall be easily scalable. ( And be cheap if you have little traffic ) I will provide further details if you are interested in this project. I suppose the project is quite easy to do if you know what components to use.
