adobe fireworks to joomla

Looking for someone who works with adobe fireworks and can convert designs we make in FW to Joomla templates. We need valid xhtml & valid css based templates Only serious people who can show that they can do it and that they have done it before. For this reason we have a test file wich should be converted to a joomla template. If this test is ok, we will continue We are not looking for anything else then posted on this website. For the company or person who does this good there will be a job each month and we will pay 400 dollars per template, but we demand support and a finished product.
