Secure Loan website w/ 2 databases integrated

This project was posted and awarded previously but they will NOT communicate with us and we are now down the the wire. The design of the pages is mostly done (this was the easy part). We need someone to finish this by doing the databases for the loan locks and user database, creating an admin maintenance page, providing us a "Test" account to view the locked areas, and to make changes as requested. We need this done in 5 days (or at least significant progress). Original description follows: We need to build a new website similar to an existing website which will be a reference for this project. It is a mortgage lending site so much of it will be secured and there will be several databases that need to be built for the backend. The emphasis of the design of this site will be the database security, form security, and admin capabilities to alter the databases or “lockout” submissions at any time when needed. We will purchase a Thawte security certificate to help keep all communications secure on the site. We have picked out a template to use for the design. All rights must remain with my company (no copyrighting) and all files must be returned after project completion.
