Build a Complex Website

We need a responsive and mobile-friendly website for our business. We already have one running well but there are certain things we need to add in there. We want the website to have Multiple Login Profiles, like one for students. one for teachers, one for corporate firms, and one for other institutes. It should be made in such a way so that a user registered as a teacher should be able to access the teacher's services only and not the services for other users namely students, institutes etc. We also need a mechanism to be coded which automatically sends requests from a student to the teacher on the portal of the website Here's the existing website: [login to view URL] The existing website was built with Wix and there's no way of adding these kinds of features in it.
