Location equipment status monitoring.

I need all positions on the map to change color red or green based on the state of the equipment. The status needs to be tracked using ping. Each position has 3 equipments. We need to check every x minutes(configurable) if this equipment responds to pings, 4 pings for each equipment. If at least 1 response to the ping command is received, then it is considered that the response has been received, and if all 3 equipment respond then turn the color of the position green. If all 3 do not answer, then make the color of the position red. If only part of the equipment responds, then make the color of the position orange. For map i am use a simple map. See folder Map(simple maps). You can use another preffered for you but after my confirmation. Need a option to disable some location checking. On each position by clicking need to be show/hide location status. It will be a web page wich contain a 2 URL and one web-peak-meter, see picture [login to view URL] By clicking on position i am need to see all information that you can see on picture [login to view URL] first URL is ip address of barix audio decoder status page. Need to be show status page automaticly by cliking on position. Saved wab page you can find in Barix folder. Second URL is a ip address of another euipment in the same location. Need to be show ip address and open a new page then clicking. And thirt Part of this status page is a web-peak-meter that receiving audio stream from location and can play it.
