Website with the ability of booking products out.

Please thoroughly read my requirements BEFORE putting in an offer. I am starting a tool hire business, and I’m looking for a website with the below pages & features: - Pages: Home Page with a slider / brief info etc which I’ll supply. Products page which I’ll supply all costs & products & images for o Delivery & Collection page – I’ll provide info About Us page, again I’ll provide info Contact Us page Basket page Terms of hire How to hire - Tool booking out: for example, I have 3 of the same product, only difference is they are different sizes. I need customers to be able to select the size required then book it for the number of days they require. Display day rate, 2 day rate, 3 day rate, weekend rate and week rate. - If someone is trying to hire a product that is already hired out, it needed to be greyed out so people can’t select those days, and when they hover over that day it says unavailable to hire or something like that. - The ability to add 2/3 different products to the basket each for a different amount of days. - Delivery: have collection OR delivery, I’d like to be able to upload postcodes so when people enter their postcode it automatically adds the correct delivery charge onto the order, and if there are 3 collection dates, its charges that 3 times. E.g. 5 miles radius is free, 10 mile radius is £5 delivery, £15 mile is £10… - It can be made on any program, please specify first which program you’d use as I need to be able to add / remove products & change prices when needed. - I need to be able to edit website page when needed, e.g. change about us page. - Terms an conditions on the basket page which they must tick before proceeding with order. - Also, require advise on hosting, where to get best price and monthly price. - On the overall product page, have prices below for day / weekend / week like the below link, then when you press on it more info about the product and the product options (e.g. size) and how long its required for. I would like it to be similar to: [login to view URL] With this being a NEW business, I can't afford to pay over budget for this, so if your going to be super expensive, please bare this in mind.
