You have a few problems. First, the host is extremely slow. Other sites from the same hosting provider are slow, but nowhere near as slow as yours. Second, the images and other static assets are not optimized correctly. This makes the file sizes extremely large. Third, static assets should be served off a CDN which will improve response times and not tax your server anymore. From which hosting company you host this that is some time hosting issue and some time WordPress. WordPress issue is solved through some cache plugin message me we discuss more in detail. Thanks
