Emailing MUST HAVE OWN SERVER

We are wanting to start emailing from several of our websites. We need an associate that has their own server and can support our new Business ... We also need email scrapping as part of this ...AND/or ... Email lists to suit the various TARGET MARKETS. We want a regular gig ... But we need assurances that you have the servers to meet our needs and YOU MUST BE PREPARED TO GIVE ASSURANCES that we will not be engaged in SPAMMING activities. Finally, you must also be prepared to answer all questions truthfully and openly to avoid discontinuance of all negotiations if we detect UNTOWARD OR SUSPICIOUS activity. Thanku
