Hello, We have configured a Windows Server 2012 with the role "Routing and Remote Access" and then created a L2TP VPN. The remore VPN users can connect to the VPN without problems, but they can't access any remote resources.

Probably here you have some problem with routing so the devices cannot find right path to Server resources. I can check and resolve this problem for you and also I can suggest some other solutions.
